Trussworthy is an educational simulation game with a twist. A first-person, interactive, virtual reality game designed to implement gradual exposure therapy along with cognitive behavioural therapy to those with a fear of heights from the comfort of a safe environment.

By embracing virtual reality technology we are able to safely transport the patient into a realistic scenario, whilst participating in a therapy session to enable the patient to work through their fear.
